Spring is season for white asparagus. I am not big fan of asparagus... and when I saw white asparagus in France, I even did not think I would be liking it... They are very big... 3 times bigger than regular asparagus. It was very scary look also...
Until I ate it during masterclass in Provance.

They are sooooo good. Easy cooking too.
Simply boilled and have with mayonnaise or some kind of sauce :)
