No matter how long I lived in America and right now living in France... This meal brings back to myself...
Niku-jaga is quite not mother's taste... but, still yummy. If I had bigger kitchin with more space... I could cook more different meal... Oh well :) Still steemed rice (not using rice cooker!) and Niku-jaga (meat/potato)... fills me up :)
I love American meals, and French meals... :)
But myself really calms down when I eat Japanese meals... :)
I cannot believe it is already middle of Feburary.
Valentine's day weekend...
I am keep forgeting!

For real :) It is so easy to make! Well, i skip many stages... but still pretty yummy :)
